How does the vehicle scan work?
Take a photo of any car or your registration document with the camera. Our AI automatically identifies manufacturer, model, year and other details. Alternatively, you can enter the HSN/TSN manually.
What happens with my photos?
Photos are immediately deleted after analysis — within seconds. Only the results are stored, never the photos themselves. Temporary processing takes place on EU servers.
What is a Credit?
Credits are one-time purchases for premium analyses. A deep research or “Fair Price?” check costs 1 credit each. You can buy single credits (€0.99) or a 5-pack (€3.99).

For €2.99/month you get:

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your device settings:
- iPhone: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Carma → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Carma → Cancel
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Profile you’ll find the “Delete Account” option. After a security period of 30 days, all your data will be permanently deleted.
Does the app work offline?
Already saved vehicles and results are available offline. For new scans and research, an internet connection is required.
